Press ups - Feet on Ball

  • Roll out over a Swiss Ball into a plank position with your shins on the ball
  • Place your hands so they are level with your shoulders and comfortable width apart
  • Keep your spine and head in alignment
  • Do NOT let your head drop forward or your lower back sag or hunch up
  • Draw belly button inward
  • Drop chest toward the ground holding good alignment throughout
  • Return to start position maintaining perfect form always
  • Repeat as many as possible whilst maintaining perfect form
  • Do NOT comprise number of reps for good technique
  • Increase intensity by rolling further away from the ball with feet / toes on ball.
