Press ups - Feet on Ball
- Roll out over a Swiss Ball into a plank position with your shins on the ball
- Place your hands so they are level with your shoulders and comfortable width apart
- Keep your spine and head in alignment
- Do NOT let your head drop forward or your lower back sag or hunch up
- Draw belly button inward
- Drop chest toward the ground holding good alignment throughout
- Return to start position maintaining perfect form always
- Repeat as many as possible whilst maintaining perfect form
- Do NOT comprise number of reps for good technique
- Increase intensity by rolling further away from the ball with feet / toes on ball.
