Round The World

- Lie face down on a Swiss Ball
- Keep head in alignment, draw belly button in towards spine and squeeze glutes
- Raise arms in line with ears
- Take arms out to side drawing shoulder blades together bringing your hands towards your hips
- Lower the arms and then back to start position in line with your ears
- Repeat up to 20 x or until fatigue keeping perfect form throughout
- Do not allow the head to drop but keep chin slightly tucked and do not hunch shoulders up around the ears
- Keep arms perpendicular to floor and do not hyper extend the back
Surfing Benefit:
Great mobiliser of the shoulder counterbalancing paddling muscles. Strengthens the upper back, neck and shoulders easily fatigued whilst paddling whilst promoting balance. It burns!!
