Swiss Ball Leg Curl (Beginner)
- Lie face up with your feet on the apex (top) of the ball
- Lift hips so ankles in line with hips in line with shoulders
- Draw belly button in towards spine
- Do NOT allow hips to drop
- With feet on ball roll the ball towards your butt whilst breathing out and roll back again
- For more challenging workout - fold your arms across your chest
- Keep neck and shoulders relaxed throughout
- Repeat 20 x
