Swiss Ball Leg Curl (Beginner)

  • Lie face up with your feet on the apex (top) of the ball
  • Lift hips so ankles in line with hips in line with shoulders
  • Draw belly button in towards spine
  • Do NOT allow hips to drop
  • With feet on ball roll the ball towards your butt whilst breathing out and roll back again
  • For more challenging workout - fold your arms across your chest
  • Keep neck and shoulders relaxed throughout
  • Repeat 20 x
