Stretch between Sets
Sitting on your board waiting for the next set. Recovery time. If you are feeling a little tight, stretch out the chest, back, shoulders and arms whilst sitting on your board. Also rotate your torso to the left and to the right if you are feeling a little tight in the lower back. Lying on the board you can stretch your quads (front of thigh) by drawing your foot towards your bum and grab your ankle. Do not twist out of alignment and don't fall off your board!!!
